Parent Cooperative

When parents engage actively in their child's learning journey, they reinforce classroom experiences, foster a supportive learning environment at home, and build a strong partnership with educators. This involvement not only enhances the child's academic growth but also boosts their confidence and enthusiasm for learning.

Why we choose to become a co-op preschool

We believe that a partnership with parents is the one of the biggest factors in a child’s success in school. When parents are excited and passionate about our preschool, so are the children!  When parents help at our preschool, they see firsthand how amazing our school is, how amazing our teachers are, and what a day looks like for their child.  And, it’s a ton of fun!!

Your role as a “Helping-Parent”

Parents help in the classroom approximately 4-8 times per year,  depending on their child’s class schedule. This is a wonderful opportunity for our parents to be directly involved in their child’s education. As the parent helper, the parent assists the teacher with classroom activities, brings snack for the students, and lightly cleans the classrooms throughout the morning. Parents are requested to stay from approximately 9am-11:00am.
